Raggy Robin was founded in 2014 by Sharon Robins (artist, textile artist, teacher, and pattern designer). Sharon's passion for nature and the countryside is reflected in both her art and textile projects. With a delightful use of colour and easy to understand way of writing instructions means her art tutorials and sewing patterns are popular with beginners and experienced alike.

On offer in the art shop is a selection of original art and prints inspired by Sharon's love for nature and the countryside. Often whimsical in style, Sharon has a delightful way with watercolours and often likes to embellish the scene with fine line pen work.

Would you like your home painted with a touch of whimsy? Sharon accepts commissions on whimsy art paintings to give that personal feel.
SEWING & QUILTING PATTERNS
It's 10 years (this year) since Sharon wrote her first pattern and has built up a timeless collection ever since. With step by step photos these easy to follow patterns are always tested by a group of pattern testers before being released. You will be sure to find something for any skill level.
WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
Or maybe you would just love to learn to make your own pieces to treasure? Sharon will show you how! Whether you want to try you hand at watercolour art, textile art, sewing or quilting. Sharon holds classes and workshops for all. If you don't live in the North East Sharon can travel. Or if you want to learn to sew and quilt in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace you might want to check out Sharon's 'Little Raggy Quilt Course', designed for anyone new (or not so new) to sewing and quilting. Everything is covered in this one not so little course.

For those miniature lovers out there, Sharon makes 'Raggy Little Quilts' which are tiny, authentic patchwork quilts for your doll house. She also makes more simple bedding sets as well as a range of soft furnishings.
